For those using the Windows operating system, at Megacall, we have developed our own application for calls.
Megacall app installation and setup for Windows
- First, install the Megacall application for Windows.
- Once the program is installed, run it and enter the following parameters.
If you do not have a virtual PBX:
- The SIP number from your personal account. Example: 111111
- Password: The SIP number password from your personal area.
If you have a virtual PBX:
- User: Your virtual PBX extension number from your personal area. Example: 1234-101
- Password: You must generate your extension password from “My PBX – Extensions” in the personal area.
- If the program status shows “Online”, the application has been installed successfully.
To enable encryption:
In your profile, select the account, click on “Advanced Settings“, and choose TLS in the Transport field.
